Fees include the following items:
- Conference bag and documents
- USB key with abstract book
- Two coffee breaks per day from tuesday to thursday
- Lunches from tuesday to thursday
- Public transport pass for the duration of the conference
- One entrance to the Natural History Museum

Accompanying persons are required a fee of 25 euros. This include the icebreaker and the welcome reception at the town Hall. Any additional costs (Conference diner, Excursion) must be specified during the registration and payement process.
The online payement system will open during Spring 2013.
Online payement will be possible via credit cards.
For late registrations that we hope to keep to a very limited amount, cash payement will be possible onsite.
Students must provide a valid PhD or student card
